Lorena Martinez has been a Houston resident for the past 25 years. With 13 years of experience in customer service, she has developed highly effective communication skills in English and Spanish. She finds using her skill to read, speak, write and translate the Spanish language very rewarding. She would tell you however, the key to customer service in any language is listening to the customer’s needs. She has extensive corporate experience in telecommunications.
Jessica Jacobs, a native Texan, has 15 years of customer service experience. She worked 8 years in both federal and county courts. She majored in criminal justice at Northlake College in Irving, Texas. Fluent in English and Spanish, she handles customer service calls and e-mail inquiries. She organizes the scheduling and preparing of all accounts for property hearings.
Khiela Jackson has 5 years of customer service experience. She was reared in Opelousas, Lousiana, but came to Houston with her family. She prides herself on her endurance and unique attention to detail. Khiela is dedicated to finding the most effective way to satisfy our customers while handling customer e-mails and phone calls.
